How to Make a Return

We accept returns for unworn items that are returned in their original condition and packaging. You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please contact our customer service team to obtain the return address. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are usually processed within 24 hours of us receiving the item. If you have any questions, please get in touch via email or through our contact page.

Once your refund has been processed, we will notify you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, though it may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
