Hiccups and Co Returns Policy

Please note that we do not offer free returns, and return postage costs will apply.

Can I return my order? Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your items, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • All original components, parts, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must show only signs of normal handling and not damage caused by misuse.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  • Any defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns will be processed within 15 working days, provided all conditions are met. If items are found to have been used or damaged due to reasons not caused by us, we reserve the right to reject the return.

How do I return my order? If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

Send an email to Support@hiccupsandco.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of any damaged items (if applicable)
  • Your full name and address

We will review your request and provide you with the appropriate return address.

Please do not return items to the sender’s address until we provide instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Cancellations As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the following terms:

Right to Cancel You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a designated third party (other than the courier) receives the goods. Due to our automated order system, we are unable to stop shipments once the order has been processed. Refunds will only be issued after the goods are returned to us.

To cancel your order, please email Support@hiccupsandco.com with a clear statement of your decision. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders in Transit If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You will need to wait until the goods are delivered before initiating the return process. Please notify us in advance if you intend to cancel.

For faster processing, please provide proof of return postage.

Refunds Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No additional charges will be incurred for the refund process.
