Returns & Refunds Policy


Returns

We accept returns for unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • The product shows no signs of damage or misuse.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

To initiate a return, please email Support@hiccupsandco.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged)

  • Your name and delivery address

We will respond with the return address and next steps. Please do not send your item back to the sender’s address without confirmation.

Note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
