Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
We accept returns for unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure:
Items are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
The product shows no signs of damage or misuse.
Hygiene-sensitive items must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
To initiate a return, please email Support@hiccupsandco.com with the following details:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photo of the item (if damaged)
Your name and delivery address
We will respond with the return address and next steps. Please do not send your item back to the sender’s address without confirmation.
Note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
